At Milton, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home goods you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
